Monroe Farmers Market

Overview

The Monroe Farmers’ Market located on the Monroe Town Green, on the corner of 7 Fan Hill Road and Route 111, is a seasonal market offering fresh, locally-grown produce, baked goods, prepared foods and hand-crafted products to the community. All of the products are grown, raised or made in Connecticut, by people who care deeply about the land and make thoughtful, conscientious choices for its stewardship.  In 2022, they were voted #1 Farmers’ Market in Connecticut (AGAIN!), #2 in New England and #5 in the Country through America’s Farmland Trust. For each season, they are open every Friday from 3:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m. from the 3rd week in June through the 3rd week in October.
